I’m Edmund Khoaseb, also known as the Bearded Speaker—a Communications Specialist with over a decade of experience in public relations, leadership development, and organizational transformation. My passion lies in helping people and organizations unlock their full potential through the power of effective communication, innovative strategies, and personal development.

I hold an Honours Degree in Journalism and Media Technology, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Communication Technology, specializing in Public Relations. This educational foundation has equipped me with the tools to build effective communication strategies, manage media relations, and connect with diverse audiences across various platforms.

As the Chief Public Relations Officer at the Ministry of Justice, I have had the privilege of crafting narratives that elevate brands, organizations, and individuals. My work extends beyond traditional PR—I also lead efforts in business process reengineering, helping teams streamline operations, improve service delivery, and drive meaningful change. Whether I'm drafting strategic plans, advising on communication strategies, or guiding teams through change, I bring a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to results.

In addition to my professional roles, I am the proud President of Seagulls Toastmasters Club and a candidate for the prestigious Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) designation. Through my work as a speaker, I’ve been able to inspire, motivate, and challenge audiences to think differently, lead with purpose, and take their communication skills to the next level.

When I’m not speaking at conferences or coaching clients, I’m at home with my beautiful wife, Edna, and our two amazing sons, Ethan and Edmund. As a family, we love spending time together, watching movies, and diving into some friendly competition through games. They are my greatest joy and inspiration, keeping me grounded and motivated to be the best version of myself every day.
